Media Group Overview

We are pleased to introduce Media Groups, a new feature within BoltonSea designed to enhance the organization of your user-uploaded files. Media Groups function as conceptual folders, enabling the logical grouping of your media assets for improved management.

Key features of Media Group include:

• Organization-Specific: Media Groups are exclusive to the organization (Account Profile) where they are established and cannot be shared across other organizations.
• Unlimited Creation: Each organization has the flexibility to create an unlimited number of Media Groups.

To create a Media Group via the BoltonSea Administration Dashboard, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your BoltonSea Administration Screen.
2. Navigate to the Dashboard Homepage.
3. Select the 'Create Media-Group' option on the Dashboard.
4. Enter your preferred name for the Media Group and click 'Save'.

Once a Media Group is created, you can conveniently upload files directly into it, either through the Admin Dashboard or via an API call.
